What roles do you place?

Early Years Educators, Primary Teachers, Special Needs Assistants (SNAs), and substitute cover. We can also source administrative and bilingual roles on request.

How quickly can you place an educator?

Most permanent placements are completed within 20 business days from request. For substitute cover, timelines depend on availability — get in touch and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

What training do educators receive?

Before placement, candidates complete our HireProf Bridge programme. It covers Aistear, Síolta, and NCCA frameworks, Irish classroom routines, child safeguarding (Tusla guidance), and English-language teaching practice.

What are your fees?

We charge a flat placement fee, invoiced only after a candidate signs. No upfront cost and no charge per CV. We share full pricing during your intake call.

What happens if the placement isn't the right fit?

If a placement isn't working out, get in touch. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Do you work with Section 38 or 39 schools?

Yes, including community schools, ETB schools, Educate Together, and standalone Montessori or play-based settings. Tell us your context and we will adapt.
